A direct report to the Vice President of Business Development of EPC Space

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and sales personnel, addressing and resolving product questions or issues in a timely manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, installations, and on-site troubleshooting for technical problems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design based on customer feedback.
• Develop and conduct technical training sessions and presentations for customers to educate them on our products.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise in pre-sales discussions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, reports, and customer correspondence.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive products.
• Participate in product development meetings and provide input on the product roadmap.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for support and troubleshooting needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong foundational knowledge of electrical systems, software, or hardware engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• A customer-centric approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous internship or co-op experience in a technical field.
• Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages such as C, C++, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with the industry-specific regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
