Description

EPC Space’s FBS-GAM04-P-C50/100 series Dual Low-Side Power Driver Modules incorporate eGaN^® switching power HEMTs as two output power switches. Also included in the module are two power Schottky catch rectifiers, two high speed gate drive circuits (consisting entirely of eGaN^® switching elements), input shoot-through protection for circuits requiring such protection feature, 5 V V_BIAS gate drive bias over-voltage clamping and Power Good undervoltage monitoring/reporting circuitry in an innovative, space-efficient, 18 pin SMT over-molded epoxy package provides for an excellent engineering brass-board development platform for the future FBS-GAM04-P-R100 flight unit version or for demanding non rad-hard industrial applications.
