The purpose of these demonstration boards is to facilitate easy evaluation and integration of Rad Hard eGaN^® FETs, speeding end user time to market. The EPC7C001 is a 40 V low-side driver demo board utilizing the FBS-GAM01P-C-PSE to drive the 40 V discrete eGaN FET FBG04N30B.
