The purpose of these demonstration boards is to facilitate easy evaluation and integration of Rad Hard eGaN^® FETs, speeding end user time to market.  The EPC7C003 is a 200  V low-side driver demo board utilizing the FBS-GAM01P-C-PSE to drive the 200 V discrete eGaN FET FBG20N18B.
