The purpose of these demonstration boards is to facilitate easy evaluation and integration of Rad Hard eGaN^® FETs,, speeding end user time to market.  The EPC7C002 is a 100  V low-side driver demo board utilizing the FBS-GAM01P-C-PSE to drive the 100 V discrete eGaN FET FBG10N30B.
